Cancellation Policy

The client is not committed to any order until proofs made up to their specifications have been signed for and a 50% deposit has been paid. The client has the right to cancel their order up to this point without incurring any costs, besides that of the samples themselves. (Charged at £2 each)

Before production can begin on any order a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required. Cancellation after the deposit has been paid may incur costs, depending on how far the order has progressed. Any outstanding amount not covered by the 50% deposit will be invoiced to the client.

Return Policy

It is our policy to produce all stationery to a very high standard. Please be aware that all stationery is handmade and some slight variations may be apparent. We will only offer refunds if stationery is found not to match that of the samples that have been proofed and signed for by the client or if stationery is found to be faulty.

Delivery Charges

Postage will be charged at £10 for packed orders weighing up to 2kg and £22 for packed orders weighing between 2kg - 10kg. P+P will be added to your final invoice. We use the Post Office Special Delivery Next Day Service. Orders will be sent on an agreed date as they will require a signature on receipt. Please note that a delivery charge will be applied to each order, part order that is despatched. Table plans may incur extra delivery charges if a courier is needed

Payment

The client will be sent an invoice when they receive their samples to proofread. Signed proofs must be returned together with 50% of the invoiced amount. The final 50% of the invoice will be due on receipt of the completed order.. Any invoice will be due for payment within 10 days of receipt. Please note that no order will be started until the first payment is received.

Preferred method of payment is by online bank transfer. Curlicue Creative will provide you with our bank details at the time should you wish to use this method. All cheques should be made payable to ‘Curlicue Creative’

Privacy Policy

Under no circumstances will personal details be passed on to any third party. Once the date of the wedding has passed details will no longer be held on file. Photos of your stationery maybe used for promotional purposes.

Disclaimer

Curlicue Creative reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Prices quoted with personalised samples remain valid for 6 months.  Curlicue Creative cannot guarantee the availability of all materials as pictured all of the time.
